reading the forum the story are so old now repeated ,is the site becoming a waste of time as it seems to us that paying is just a waste of time meeting more people though friends than here and a mans meeting place for banter seems the norm for here .slag us if you want

Newbies will ask questions, or raise topics that have already been covered because they haven't seen them. The lounge is just for general stuff anyway, and that includes a lot of "banter".

As for paying, I do as it enables me to keep track of a conversation more easily, and I can have more pics up

i pay for that conversation tracking feature. and the location and seeing how far away people are from me if i want to meet them.

Swings and roundabouts. A large number of people who were using the site 5 years ago are no longer here and people come and go - so these forums recycle themselves.

Even I get tired of reading the same thing and looking at posts by keyboard warriors - BUT - just remember we all have to start somewhere.
