not far from iceland,,,,,, tescos is nearer though :-) (near leeds)

As a rule I don't like gin I know it's very fashionable..... After reading my rhubarb thread someone mentioned rhubard flavoured gin and ... So I thought ...Hmmm maybe .. that'll change my perception of gin... So I ventured to a watering hole after work.. I've just tried a gin infused pale ale..

nope still don't Luke gin or rhubarb.

Gin is deadly. I got into a habit of drinking gin for about 6 weeks and in all honesty, most of it was a blur. Beware of the gin!

I'm gin immune. Can drink buckets...and nothing.

Although you can keep your flavoured gins. I was very appreciative to recieve an expensive bottle of cocoa gin as a birthday present recently from a very sexy chap. My bitches and I opened the bottle with ceremony. Sadly it was grim. It's in my case ready for him to try the next time I see him

I'm allergic to juniper, so drinking gin would probably kill me. The smell makes me want to puke too, so even if I wasn't I wouldn't drink it.

It is said to be depressive. I'll stick to Southern Comfort. Hangover free drink.

In my youth I didn't much like gin either I thought it tasted like perfume, but as I've got older my tastes have changed and now I quite like it..

Especially a gin fizz, as all you can taste is the fizzy elderflower and tonic water ... hic

I love sloe gin, could drink that till the cows come home.

But normal Gin I will never touch again after consuming too much one evening and being ill for 2 days afterwards. Never again! I got all maudlin on it too. Never a good thing.

I've always liked gin. Maybe because I have never got slaughtered on it and rued it for days afterwards. That prevents me liking a lot of other drinks.
