Fibromyalgia

All these years I've been told im "lazy". All these years I've been "imagining" my pain. All these years I've been "fridgid". All these years I've been struggling with an undiagnosed illness. It feels good to know the truth. Starting my treatment plan tomorrow. Xxx

A good diet helps with Fibro, avoid fatty and processed foods if you can.

Fibromyalgia is a horrible condition anyone who suffers from it has my utmost sympathy

Ask to have ur b12 levels checked. Often pernicious anaemia is misdiagnosed as fibromyalgia. This is cos there isn't a test for fibromyalgia x

Thank you. I'm pleased because one od the reasons I left was cos I was "lazy and useless". I've allways known I've been ill so I'm pleased I've been listened to and now I can start pain and sleep management with light exercise and as above a good diet. Xxx

A colleague has just been diagnosed with the same thing PTU, she's also happy she knows what's up and it positive they can put her on the correct meds to help xx

dont rule out massage sweet, ive done wonders with a few peeps with this..most effect seems to me just along the spine under the shoulder blades..thought id say something xx glad youve been diagnosed, what a relief to know what you are dealing with xx

Yes that's one of my pain hotspots it feels like I've got a pair of coat hangers under my skin. I'll look into massage see if I can get some at the local collage. Xxx
