Fake couples?

OK folks please don't shoot me down but I suspect I've encountered my first this evening.

Approached by a couple profile which I have no issues with at all, but you get into...what message 6 and you suspect something is up.

They have no verifications which is ok, I understand that we all must start somewhere.

However the messages are replied to in a very "singular" not couple manner.

It's "me" and "I" not "we" and "us"

I questioned this after said person asked if I would meet her, singular.

I pointed out it was a couple profile and asked if hubby would be coming along too?

At this point they get on the defensive.

Yes I've blocked, deleted etc etc

But my question is, as a single bi female I am happy to meet couples, so why pretend? It just spoils fun for us who are genuine.

I get quite a few of those type messages, I assume it's to get around filters or they're cheating on their OH on here.

Either way I don't take it any further as I don't like the dynamics involved.

Just move on, it's frustrating and annoying but don't let it get you down, we are sure a gorgeous lady like you won't have any trouble finding real couples, we don't ever get into long winded conversations especially with people unverified, saves time......

Yea lesson learned, stop trying to be kind! The worse thing was when they asked for a veri

Uh, no....I'd never give or accept those that aren't genuine.

Block, block,block lol xx

Report them for asking for a veri if you didn't meet or see them on cam.

I say 'them'... it was no doubt just a 'he'. Be happy you trusted your gut.

Glastonbury

It's more usual for one of the couple to be in the driving seat, and for that person to speak of "me" or "I" rather than in the plural.

In fact, I'd go further - couple profiles that *always* refer to "us" or "we" smell a little fishy to me.

on our couples profile we chat often as we or us- if he wrote he would say it was him - after a few messages they know it was mostly me --

It's odd, I can't really justify the odd feeling other than I have spoken to couples before and it certainly felt very different.

I dunno, call it a dipshit antenna?

Spoken to enough couples to know this smelt like a fish market x
