I've given up working until later tbh, been playing with the hosepipe with dog & kids to cool off, now cracked a beer with my feet dangling in their little paddling pool..Bliss..

Normally can't stand extreme heat, but just been out to mow the lawn on a lovely day, feel quite invigorated now. Getting a shower and looking forward to going to the pub with the Mrs later.

I will never forget when we booked to go to london for a sightseeing holiday and it ended up being 33 degrees all week. We did everything we wanted to do but it nearly killed us climbing up those bloody steps in the tower of london in 33 degrees heat i nearly kealed over. But the funny thing is i took full advantage of jays age and if we had to queue i went and said he was strughling in the heat and they took us straight in places
