I'm going on a mad exercise regime to get back into shape.

But I need a play list to help me along.

Whats your favourite songs to work out to?

Hardcore music makes me feel fucking badass when lifting heavy. For running, I like hip hop.

I listen to The Lord of the Rings soundtrack.

Makes me feel like I'm on a quest or something.

I can't listen to music when exercising, it's overwhelming.

I listen to nature or an audiobook

Eminem:

- Till I collapse

- lose yourself

- won't back down

- survival

- kings never die

- berzerk

- drop the world

- rap god

Yelawolf:

- animal

Extreme music:

- bring me back to life

Awolnation:

- sail gravity remix

- sail

- soul wars

Imagine dragons:

- I'm so sorry

- radioactive

- friction

- ready aim fire

Fort minor:

- remember the name

Roy Jones:

- can't be touched

Skillet:

- monster

- wide awake

- hero

Three days grace:

- riot

- time of dying

- animal I have become

Linkin park:

- numb

- bleed it out

- papercut

- in the end

- faint

- figure

- nobody's listening

- hands held high

Actually anything from the Meteora and Hybrid Theory album for Linkin park is dope.

Zoned out, tuned in, focused ready for a heavy session, got to be Linkin Park Hybrid theory that's pulled out of the bag.
