Since Ive been getting post exercise massage on my knee lately, I've been considering doing my legs too... But I'm laughing at the thought of you getting so far down then realising! Do you do it when shaving your face too? One minute stubbled, the next smooth and bald on top too!

I use coconut oil.

I have plenty of that!

Actually shaving with coconut oil is way better than shaving cream or gel.

Get yourself some post shave balm for your more sensitive areas and they say creams like bepanthen and other nappy rash creams will fight against and shaving rushes and reduce the itch.

I dealt with the post shave itching by IPL treatment but I have only done limited areas.

It seemed to totally remove ingrowing hairs from the first treatment but did take a few months to really get regrowth under control.

No its not doing something weird with the Indian Premier League, IPL (intense pulsed light) is a method of inhibiting hair growth using short duration light pulses (kind of like the flash bulbs on film cameras). The light causes the root hair to heat up which puts it into the dormant state. It is not as effective as laser treatment but better suited to home use.

I was very sceptical about it but generally I have been pleasantly suprised by the results, however, I am fair skinned which mid toned hair so in a group well suited to this technique.
