Is how many fab's important to you?

Noticing a lot of profiles going out of their way of collecting as many "fab's" as possible... are fabs important to you? I know it's nice to be acknowledged that you look nice, but does it come down to the person having low self esteem?

Do you see it as competition?

For me it's not important or a competition, but they're nice to get. Otherwise I'd just switch the fabbing facility off. There's not usually much correlation between the photos I like best and the ones which get fabbed most.

No. I sometimes look,when I'm flicking through my profile,at who fabbed them,but numbers isn't important. My photos aren't inspiring or novel anyway.

You do have a lovely profile and that's an interesting word "inspiring" maybe it's good to feel inspired or encouraged by people liking other peoples pictures. x

This pretty much says it for me. I don't care about the number of fabs. I like knowing that people whose opinions I value like a pic, though.

I'm also a bit of an exhibitionist sexually so putting up new pics is fun

I switched them off recently only to be told off in multiple messages by random men for doing so.

So now I've switched filters to no messages from men and fabs on.

I won't say I'm not smiling if I get in the top photos but for me that's an extension of my love of being an exhibitionist and sharing a good time with a wider audience

It doesn't bother me that some of my photos don't get fabbed that much.... they are all ones I like and make me smile.

I'm on fab to share pics.

Fabs are an indication of how good they are and how much people like them.

So they aren't important, but it's a bit annoying when I upload what I think is a good pic and very few people fab it - especially compared to the pics in the first few pages of the hot pics.

However, if a pic gets very few fabs I'll delete it and replace it

I take pics for me. Fabs are nice (otherwise I'd turn the ability to fab them off) but I quite like floating under the fab radar and just posting what I like when I like without thinking about what others may think. The ones I take and really like tend to sink without a trace but it doesn't stop me liking them. I'll never bother the upper pages of most fabbed and I'm happy like that.

I have got onto page 7 of the most fabbed in 24 hours. Was quite chuffed about that. It does fascinate me though what men tend to fab. A bit of boob always seems to work wonders. Legs are less popular, which is a shame cos their my best feature.

It's very nice to have my pics appreciated, especially by people on my friends list and also people I have recently started chatting to in the Forums.

The numbers don't matter though as it's just a bit of fun but honestly, I do look to see who has shown an interest and who is noticing me.

Ive been in fab pics three timez (that i know of) once was a silly picture that we pleaded and begged fabs for and it got to page 2 the othet two made me giggle cause one i was wearing my coat and the other was picture i literally took as i was on my way out to the shops. It was a quick one take snap and its still my most fabbed picture yet. It still amuses me a midflr aged woman dressed to go to tesco got in the top fabs

Been here 10 months and someones done a comprehensive study. Across a fleet of profiles of they dont know, never met, never spoke to and the conclusion is - lots of profiles are in a verification competition

As i said earlier the amount of fabs isn't important but sometimes the speed in which you get them is amazing! I had a nude pic up which got over 300 fabs in an hour.. and over 1000 in 12 hours

Not hugely important to me now - but I'll freely admit that several months ago on an old profile I was pretty addicted to posting pictures and cared far too much how many fabs they got - right from April when a pic got to page one of hot photos. Knowing thousands of people are fabbing your photo is hugely flattering! Over the next few months I got on page one pretty regularly - and noticed the statuses etc that some page one regulars/wannabes will put up to get fabs. For some it seems to be far more important than getting meets!

Now when I post a picture it's in the hope that guys I'm interested in will see it and maybe message. Though I still find fabs flattering and welcome them - it's no longer a huge deal - and getting on page one gets you a phenomenal amount of messages from people hundreds of miles away - which isn't ideal for everyone! X

It's not important but for a man when you notice someone has fabbed your photos you can't help but get your hopes raised that it's some gorgeous sexy lady who has picked you out of all the thousands of men on fab, it's such a shame and downer when you then find out it's just another bi guy trying his luck despite me being straight lol

Couldn't give a hoot about how many fabs I get. I put up new pictures weekly then others can get a realistic _iew of what my body looks like as I'm on a health kick & my body is changing ...for the better but not my boobs they just stay small

But as others have said, we care more about who they are from than how many we get, very few from single ladies though we get a few & as most are straight we assume, like you should, that they just like the picture..

Amazing isn't it, the concept that someone just likes a pic & doesn't actually want to fuck you, might be a lesson for a lot of guys & some women on here to be fair

It's always flattering having pics fabbed, bit of thought goes into trying to make them stand out .

But its even better when some1 says "oh u look even better in person" after all with Photoshop etc pics alone can be deciving

Sorry I should clarify..I meant in the extreme. The daily uploads, repeat pics etc..obviously a few fabs is nice and can be a confidence boost

Nope. I'm forever changing my profile pics as I like to "redecorate" it, so irrespective of the number of Fabs I'll dump some to put up new ones I like. It's nice to see folk appreciate them but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to request them as the OP has noted of some.

I most enjoy seeing what other people think of my photos compared to me. Some of my more popular pictures wouldn't be my personal favourites and vice-a-versa. It's kinda cool seeing how that unfolds.

i like being fabbed, it's more who by than overall amount.

when i was fatter i got a lot more fabs (like 90 within a minute of putting up a pic). as a non-bbw i expect to be less popular on here now, plus people get bored over time sexually and that's just how it is.

at least they get fabbed as well and somebody likes them. i just took them to show what i look like but i wouldn't switch off the fabbing feature.

God no. I don't care at all. I don't even know how many I have got. I'm sure I could easily get loads if I wanted to. You just have to do a good pic. I sometimes check them to see if anyone I fancy had fabbed them. But apart from that, I never look.
