Early 70's I think,pre cursor to famine images from Ethiopia et al. Think it was result of civil war,but don't quote me on that.

I know about it .

They are some group of people in Nigeria aka the Igbos.Nigeria in the late 60s there was a civil war which claimed the lives of millions when they wanted independent.

They are back now again for independent
