If I had loads of money I would but not on the pittance I earn. My sister spends 100's on make up. If anyone wants a tip from her she recently bought the kat Von d light and shade contour pallet and says it's the best thing she's ever used. She usually buys the ilamasqua one which is about 50 quid.

I dont know, what can it offer me. See i wouldnt go and randomly spend it but if i was wanting to treat myself to something i might. Then i would stick a £1 in my coin jar a week to pay for the next one. I dont wear much makeup so someone else might go and buy 3/4 make up items for that price id just have the one lipstick but i wouldnt pay it if i wasnt getting anymore quality than say mac for about £15

I do spend a lot on expensive make up, but only because I buy from companies that I know are cruelty free, and are high quality products. So I don't tend to 'pop into Boots' for your average lippy.

Make-up makes me feel amazing and is something I use every day, so I don't see a problem with treating myself, yep.

A complex of natural oils and seed butters enhance moisturisation for up to four hours. It also has a excellent Matte finish.

Your not essentially paying for lipstick your paying the the ingredients used and also the encasing is metal and also provides you with a very expensive ribbon out of gold leaf material.

If you enjoy it and the feel and colour and the way you feel wearing it, definitely.

My Tom Ford Red is just perfect, I wore it at the sexhibition yesterday and people asked me about it as the colour is just right for me and sooooo RED.

WE OBTAIN ENJOYMENT FROM MANY THINGS......£60 - one night of cocktails, a scrummy meal out, perfume, theatre ticket, a pretty handbag, groceries, a hairdryer, a few books, train trip, a match ticket, a dress.....it's what brings you pleasure.

Enjoy X

I wear lipstick most days but different shades to complement my outfits. One at £60 would need to be a special outfit and occasion to need that exact shade.

I'm fussy about taste and feel too. Mac has great shades but theirs feel funny on my lips. Chanel tastes funny etc.

No, but mine costs 16, even better over 2 yrs.

For daily wear I think it would do 2 months? So I'd not spent that, but make up is more important to some, and if they have the budget, why not.
