Thoughts on the subject of jealousy? Had a meet and the guy had experenced jealous women who were quite happy to see the man and meaby other men,but weren't so happy when he was meeting other ladies.as i think this is so in m/f couples. The lady would be more happy that she was meeting men rather than hubby meeting ladies?

That is right. I reckon there is more jelousy from women to see their hubby having fun, but it is ok for hubby to watch them.

i've recently dumped someone for being jealous of a social veri, wouldn't mind but his first message to me was that he wanted to see me being fucked off another guy.

I would say it's his problem and don't let it bother you....I've never had a problem with jealousy and always been really laid back and I've never got my head around it x

little house on the praire

Was this a couple or just a random man and wonan. Couples eatablish their own boundaries and that should be respected. If its someone not in a relationship its got nothing to do with the woman

If jealousy is an issue for either of a couple, then the swinging lifestyle may not be for them?

"If jealousy is an issue for either of a couple, then the swinging lifestyle may not be for them?"

Slightly disagree with that.

I think a little bit of jealously is healthy and normal in a happy relationship.

Not in a controlling, over powering way.

But it shows that you care for your partner and love them.

If you couldn't give a flying fuck who's fucking your husband /wife and don't have any feelings about it.

Then maybe marriage is not for you.

Just our opinion, obviously everyone is different.

Maybe jealousy is wrong word for me, envy is a better word as I adore playing with jools and get envious when other's are doing it.

But then usually I am in the room and just jump in and grab the other end.

Everyone is happy.

I see no issues with some jealousy. As long as the couple are happy with their arrangement that's all that matters.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I know several couples in which she meets other men but she doesn't want him meeting other women.

In general he is happy with their marriage but enjoys the thought of her with other men, and hearing about it afterwards, so it suits them.

In all of those relationships I think the guy would meet other women if his wife was ok with it but she's not, and he respects her wishes.

It wouldn't suit me to have a partner who met others but didn't want me to, but what other couples agree between themselves is up to them.

I guess it all depends on the level and intensity of jealousy, obviously the "envy" works for you

cahoots

We see swinging as a giving thing so it is about sharing and can't see how jealousy plays a part....after all, we go home together.

"Jealousy is a wasted emotion"

I'd say it's a negative emotion that wastes energy.

I don't get jealousy, I have split from partners before for sleeping with someone else, but that's because they lied about it, sex and love to me are totally different things, it feels like if I'm in love with some one, not wanting them to have sex with someone else is like me not wanting them tyo play tennis or golf with someone else, that is my feelings on it any way, I'm not saying anyone else is wrong, its just that this is what is right for me
