Fried in a sarnie of crusty bread so it drips down your chin as you bite into it.

Or in hollandaise sauce with spears of asparagus.

Love a good omelette with tomatoes, onions, green chillis and a sprinkling of cheese on top.

Or sometimes just a cheesy omelette. Simple but tasty.

Fried egg everynow and again.

I love eggs any way but yolk has to be runny..love to carefully eat the white till I can then pop the whole yolk in and feel the golden silky liquid run down my throat. Yummmmmmmmy I'm going to have eggs for breakfast now!

Oh and I'll have a kiss too..x

I'm not a massive fan of the Hollandaise, but spinach or a nice cured ham is an acceptable substitute for the fish.

Right! The coffee and biscuits aren't enough... I'm getting the saucepans out!

Poached preferably, or scrambled with some smoked salmon, and, fried in a bit of goose fat at Christmas, if boiled, they have to be runny.

I'm hungry now!
