Hate my head sometimes today is one of them days where i want to give up on all my responsibilities I'm in work don't want to be here need some cheering up

I was up at 4:30,in work for 6 and will get home around 8pm. Hope that cheers you up a little?

Break the day into chunks and work on getting through those.

I don't know what you do, but if it's task based and getting through them means you can go the get off Fab and get it done. If it's hours based and you just need to be present, with no tasks to achieve, then, just this once I'll say, you might as well muck around here.

Well its janitoring over a show and it's a quiet event so not much to do to be honest but yeah acts of kindess definitely does help
