Im now officially a non smoker.

Quiting the cigs not gonna vape so cold turkey all the way.

Gonna need lots of sex now to keep my mind off it and to prevent me gaining weight.

Any takers?

accept the weight gain.

when my ex gained his weight he actually looked hunky, it might happen for you.

good luck. i'm still failing to give up so far.
