"Just laid in bed plain unable to sleep. I'm not stressing about anything, temperature is right and I've dealt wit all my physical needs. My brain just isn't grasping the concept of night time being sleep time. I've got Thursday planned down to a tee now though lol. Had plenty of time to mentally rearrange my bedroom too. Sod's law I will full asleep about five and feel much worse for having that one hour than if I hadn't have slept at all "I've never been a good sleeper but the night before my 1st shift I never sleep and find after a while it best to stop trying.
