When you are in a bad mood?

Me I went out and spend far too much on expensive makeup and facial products and now wished I hadn't. Can't take them back as I've undone all the packaging. I must not go into town when I'm in a bad mood

Generally make bad decisions

It never ends well. My last bad mood ended in a tantrum that made me walk out midway through my mammogram and now I have to go through it all again. Urgh.

If I am feeling like Mr Grumpy pants . I take pooch for a walk , the hill we wander up is jolly steep , and a killer at speed. That soon makes me loose my bad mood.

Saying that we wander up when I am happy too
