Summit must be seriously wrong to have such a lack of climbing and swinging interest.

Seems to be a bit of a ropey topic

I was going to try and arm-bar a few climbing puns in, then I thought (k)not, otherwise you'd think I was nuts, so I'll sling my (heel) hook lol

Never climbed but wondering if yourself or anyone is into mud runs and OCR (obstacle course racing). Can't think of anything sexier than sport then bedroom olympics! ????

Any good scrambling in Yorkshire? Got into it in Wales and the Lakes.

Which climbing wall in Leeds did you use?

Not much scrambling in Yorkshire.

I've done quite a bit in wales and the lakes but not this year.

The climbing wall was in Todmorden

Haven't climbed in about two years but keep meaning to get back into it.(too lazy).

Some excellent indoor walls in Sheffield and some of the best crags in England in the peak district. All within easy distance for me.

It totally wrecks the fingernails though.

For those who are into gym fit bodies,,,climbers are exactly what you want,,,sinewy, strong and flexible,,,,tend to have one track minds though. And that one track is climbing.A bit obsessive mostly.

Here Here the men into climbing have amazing bodies but their partners can testify to being probably more abandoned than a 'golfers wife', at least then the golf course isn't far away.

You are right, we are one track minded, that's why relationships fail..... They kinda get in the way of climbing..... Unless the other party climbs

You are also right about the bodies

My hands are terribly rough too ??

Me and L do a bit of climbing from time to time, mostly indoor. I have had a tremendous phobia of heights, wouldn't fare well with the outdoors free climbing stuff.

Quite impressed L can billet all 15st of me though :D
