I just delete messages where no effort at all has been made, and block the really offensive ones.

But yes, it has crossed my mind to reply with 'Sorry, was that supposed to be English?' to the appallingly written and/or text speak ones, 'Have you actually read my profile?' to the ones that are all about them and/or suggest stuff I haven't referred to as an interest, 'Are you on glue?' to the ones that make no sense at all and 'Fuck off, there are premium rate numbers you can call for that' to the ones asking if I do phone sex!
