You can ask for a copy of your records. There's a small sum to pay for it, I think.

youve always been able to access them but it was quite difficult but much easier now. Here you can just have your own password and pin number and read them online

same with our GP surgery.. quite cool if im honest

I paid for a 'hard copy' of mine as i went through the ESA process and needed medical evidence of certain things.
