"Fair play to losing that. Since April well done.. Either try calorie counting can eat what every but only have 1800 /2000 a day.. Or cut all carb only have a hand full a day and have brown pasta.rice and bread bit try to cut them out.. drink loads and exercise That's the best I can say lol xx" Thanks Yeah i have been told cutting carbs might be the way to go.
