"I have found this to work Now I'm not saying it's the correct way to do it or that anybody medical would recommend it I'm just saying for me personally it always works Have a pig out for a day When your body is used to having the same intake every day and doing the same excerise every day it's becomes accustomed to it and your weight loss will slow down When that happens to me I tend to just have one day where I stop watching what I eat and have a blow out, you will gain a pound or two the following day but the weeks to follow it speeds up again because you've changed your body's routine " Interesting | |||
