I don't but if I did I'd call a halt to meeting, if swinging brings up negative feelings you need to find out why before continuing.

Is there anything particular that makes you struggle?

it was to meet wasnt prepared to end up in a relationship. im not a swinger i just wanted to try for him as he enjoys it

It's all about the fun and laughter for us?

If it's upsetting you then you need to tell him what you want ? And find comfortable to do ? Boundaries have to be set for yourself and partner ?

You've been to a club so take the parts you enjoy and move on with them ?

Then stop doing full swap and stick with soft swap.

You may feel different in the future or you may not. But if you aren't happy with something then don't do it, it could cause problems down the line.
