Naming an shaming with out independent verification of the compliant would be open to abuse .

If there was someway of independently verifying what happened then I'd be all for it as a way of stopping those who ruin the fun of using these sites from doing the fuckwit things they do.

Name and shame? So anyone with a grudge, an agenda or a different point of view to yours can slag you off, put a twisted spin on a scenario or simply lie without you necessarily being able to reply or post your side of the story?

I quite agree with the above posters. Being on the receiving end of naming on a couple of occasions it's not good at all. Just block and move on unless you're one of these people who thrive on grief.
