I follow a mass chest workout. I usually do about 7 exercises, 4 sets x 15 reps:

1. Bench press

2. Incline bench press

3. Dumbbell chest flyes

4. Decline bench press

5. Pec dec

6. Cable cross over

7. Dumbbell pullover

Mate nothing is better than push ups. You call them press ups here in UK.

If u need to start with your knees of the floor do that . In time the arms will get stronger. Each week add an extra 5 reps.

You will see remarkable difference. Good luck

l can do a one armed chin up and a front lever. A press up is within my grasp.

"Press ups!"

Ditto. Can be done anywhere and such a variety.

Your chest will only get bigger if you overload with weight. At 15 reps they are warm up sets. Good for pump, intensity and stretching the facia. Not really for mass. Try pyramiding or drop sets and dropping the amount of exercises down to four or five with two/ three compound and two/three isolation. You can still do seven exercises but can now vary each workout and shock the muscle.

Crunches helped me years ago but have a weight on chest if you are wanting faster results I found.
