What kind of fight? Don't you have a trainer/coach?

My pro sports friends all have in depth analysis of them and their goals undertaken.

I'd recommend not going for a quick fix but finding experts who can help you.

Unfortunately Dude.. weight management is all in THE DIET, you will not loose considerable amounts of weight through exercise alone. To loose two stones in two months will take a drastic change in diet plus hard training.

Also, I would have to say that training process of losing weight isn't really the best training for your fight. You will really need to choose which goal is the most important.

if you have such an important fight of whatever kind you must have a trainer/coach who will be working alongside you ?? - they know you and your limits surely so they will be the best to ask -

Its a simple case of managing your diet to your training needs and take a good long look at what you eat drink etc. It takes effort and dedication and real lifestyle changes to drop weight and keep it off. As an ex rugby player I just trained hard to keep weight off but after stopping playing the pounds crept on over time. Thats when I tried slimming world. You would be surprised at just how much you can eat especially if you like your carbs.

It works well and I lost 10lb in the first two weeks. Mostly because we'd just returned from holiday and had put a good 1/2 stone on.

Basicslly your cutting out sugar bread and a lot of dairy and eating better with leaner meat and more fruit and veg. Though not sure how it would work while training hard.

You may laugh but I would recommend it.
