"I am 17 stone and have a fight October 15th and am wanting to be 15 stone for fight I no this is possible. But I want like a traing type programme not diet or protein just exercises for stomach legs calf's to get more flexibility in kicks . I no I can do this long term goal is to be 13 stone by January I am committed and I will do it. Just need advice " Unfortunately Dude.. weight management is all in THE DIET, you will not loose considerable amounts of weight through exercise alone. To loose two stones in two months will take a drastic change in diet plus hard training.
