I wore hi heels yesterday for the first time in months and my balls of my feet are still burning today. I think I need a massage

Wrap a bag of frozen peas in a tea towel, and sit with your tootsies on them. It will help. Try those Scholl party feet shoe gel inserts next time

I damaged the balls of my feet wearing high heels, they burned & ached for days after. I do find now if I'm out standing for long periods of time they start to burn.

Those Scholl gel things are ace! You really should try them next time (not much use for the pain today I know...sorry)

A nice cold foot bath with Epsom salts would help.

And in future....try strapping your 1st and 2nd toes together....supposed to help....but no idea why! Lol
