I've started looking into options for boob work, I just want to give them a bit of a boost. I don't fancy an uplift as they often remove the nipple but been looking at ultherapy which is tempting not sure I'll ever do it but it's at the back of mind more often lately

Think of it this way.....

Can you imagine giving one wall of your living room, a fresh coat of paint?

It would stand out. That's fake tits.

Unless you have been unfortunate enough to suffer a disfigurement, When I think it could be beneficial, I wouldn't do it.

Both have their own pros and cons. If it's something that'd make *you* (specifically you, no one else) happier, then go for it. If you're doing it for others, then I'd suggest sitting on the idea for a while until you're absolutely sure. Putting yourself under the knife is no small thing.

Yeah cos you can't guaranty how your body is going to take to them until you have the procedure. Any cases where you've seen one looking higher or the nipples look like ones going up the shop and the other one is bringing back the change it means there's been capsular contraction-scar tissue growing around the implant and squeezing it slightly so it migrates inside the body. Not something that is the desired look and a risk that everyone considering a boob job is told about but decides to take the risk anyway because they are that unhappy with the size of the breasts they were naturally unblessed with. Fucking love how everyone always slags off fake breasts like it's allowed but doesn't consider the psychological reasons why someone would go to the extremes of plastic surgery because they are that unhappy.

They also, often, prefer them to be full and round, not saggy.

Big, natural, gravity and time, (as well as having children, losing weight etc), together usually have a particular outcome.

There's often a trade-off but it doesn't stop some of those guys being bloody rude when the big, natural that they claim to prefer aren't as full and perky as they want.

Some seem to expect women to look like a Barbie but without anything being "fake".

They're too big, too saggy, too small, different sizes, nipples too big, nipples too small, nipples inverted, areola too big or too small or the "wrong" colour, nipples uneven...

So many say they prefer big and natural but woe betide the woman if they're also saggy.

After 43 years large ones tend to get droopy and they have stretch marks.

They are what they are and people can like it or lump it.

Or the way they describe natural ones without realising they come with variations that women usually can't do anything about, and usually succumb to gravity over time (without surgery) and that being rude and judgemental can hurt and damage self esteem.

I didn't even know uplifting was a thing. Is it like a buttock lift? Hey, go for it if you like it - I'm a natural girl, but I'm jealous of my mum's ability to go without a bra every now and again. My over the shoulder boulder holders are a nightmare :D

I'd like my boobs to be just higher than they are!

Funny really because as a teen I always wanted bigger, and now I wish they were again- but don't want the scars that are associated with an uplift.

I guess we are rarely happy with our lot but if money was no object I would definitely consider surgery x

Depends on client requirements and the surgeon. Most look almost natural depending on the type of implant and how it is inserted. Good ones however give that turn back the clock look when they were pert and perky and could pass the pencil test.

Please don't. It really doesn't matter what size you are. Natural is always best. Don't put anything artificial on your body it can cause problems later. Your breasts already look amazing Who cares ifblater they droop a bit men will still love them and if they don't you have the wrong man.

Prefer natural but if a woman I was with decided she wanted/needed an uplift, I'd encourage her to go for it.

Felt plenty of fake ones as alot of the girls in amsterdam have implants and they feel great. I can usually spot a fake pair though.

All the guys who are saying they prefer natural ones - do you realise that natural for some of us means a tiny flap of saggy skin with pretty much nothing in it?

I wonder if they don't realise what some of us have, and why we are tempted to have boob jobs?

The cynic in me thinks they would just move on to the next woman who had larger/better shaped and perkier boobs.

I'd love to do a genuine experiment on this. If you've had a boob job, do you find guys treat you differently?

My friend had hers done and she's told me you do get a LOT more attention.

Well guess what boys.. Most women's decisions to have a boob job has got absolutely begger all to do with what a guy or guys want.

It's all about being confident as a woman, yeah sure, some will like the increase in attention, but for us, it's about feeling confident in a tight dress, bikini or when being intimate.
