Finding it hard keeping it at bay now im in my 40s, maybe ladies arent so fussed or do they prefer there man to work out 4 or 5 days a week

I've changed in the last six months,I blinked and now middle aged spread has appeared. I hate it! I do like relatively fit men,but I can't complain when someone has a tum as I'm the same

Looks like the only spread you have to worry about is what low fat one to buy in tescos...

I honestly don't care, gym guys are hot, regular guys are hot, guys with a tum also hot.

It's down to how you feel about yourself and your confidence. If you would feel better if you worked out more and kept it at bay, then great. If you feel sexy with it, then that's great too.
