Mobile phone/Sim Card help

Just after a sim card that i could put £10 on and its just for emergencies and there is no limit on when that £10 expires.

All im finding is these bolt on style ones where the companies take the credit in exchange for minutes/texts but you have to top up again 30 days later

I think vodafone payg may do this just don't buy any of the packs. Not cheap this way as usage costs a lot

Its just for my technophobe grandad..

simply wants a phone for emergencies. He has no idea how to text and doesnt own a computer. Just for peace of mind :D xx

If it's just for emergencies Asda do one with something like 5 minutes and 5 sms on it fo 50p

3 do it, last year bought a 3 sim for work as they have great coverage around my way for remote villages, put a tenner on it in Feb 2015 remembered to check it a couple of months ago and still had over 7 quid on it
