anyone know how to sort them out so they are accurate?

since i got a new phone and reuploaded it its out of sync with my period by a week. all i did was add the back up data but that seems to have messed it up somehow.

will deleting it and redownloading it help? cba if i don't have to.

found that one hard to use, and the others i downloaded but at least there's loads of free apps), so i just deleted then redownloaded the app i was using before again and didn't add any back up data. that sorted it, in case anyone ever needs to know and does a fab search for period trackers.

it is called Period Tracker.

it's easy for me to use, you just click the date your period starts and finishes and it predicts when you'll be fertile and when your next period is due.

you can even change stuff on it like your cycle (in days) but the default setting is precise enough for me. you can add your moods and notes, if you have PMT as well, which i don't have that luckily.

but don't add back up data when you put it on a new phone, it went a week out and i got my fertility wrong this month because of it.

Is this so you can go bare? Or are you trying for a baby? Just curious.

Yeah me too, I just make a mental note but can see how this would be handy if you want to have a baby or use the withdraw method. When I was with my kids dad I never used the pill once I am good at knowing my own body and really believe in the method. I became pregnant first time with both children also, quite luck really x

I use period tracker too..the one with the cute animal. It's really easy to use. I use it because Ive only gotten my periods back in the last few months due to hormone problems and I'm still not 100% regular but this gives me a reminder it could be happening soon. I love it. Each time I get a different phone I just start again. Cba to back up.

I find it really useful.

I spotted that things weren't right and got everything checked because of it and ruled out anything malign.

Then I had a choice about how to realign my unpredictable body!

I use the app called "clue" on my android it's not a typically girly one and seems more scientific based

That's the one I use. It's ridiculously accurate

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I'd need some sort of regular-ish cycle first

Blasted hormones. Blasted body. Blasted Mother Nature.

Chams or Socials

I use period diary & love it - so does my GP as I can just show her rather than explain

"Well I never "

Not that it would be any use to me,as I'm certain I'm perimenopausal and missing the odd one or two nowadays

i used to get pregnant very easily. might still do, idk as i've avoided sex at my fertile time for years.

when i was with my partner we didn't use contraception so we'd avoid sex around my fertile time and it worked for us. the one time we risked it i got pregnant again (miscarried anyway but now i know not to risk it). i've got pregnant using condoms so still avoid my fertile time for sex, as a precaution.

think it's why i like the breeding fantasy, it makes sex less stressful.

but it is mostly to predict my period as i don't get any symptoms any more of it arriving. it's good to know when you're due on.

also if i bareback or not really isn't anybodies busisness. i own my body, nobody else.
