When at home Queen Adrena gets me shaking my booty or any Ska, but you don't tend to hear that anywhere down the town so it's usually cheesy 80's stuff that gets me on the dance floor.... or even 70's disco, depends on the amount of vodka that has found it's way down my throat!

Tiger Feet by Mud. One really hot summer at South Shields a different 70's band played in the park opposite the beach every Sunday for 6 weeks. My daughter was going through her goth stage and at 14 was dragged to the sands with the rest of the family and perched all day on cool box in black garb and dr marten boots during the heatwave, every single week and never spoke a word.

I lay on a lounger in my bikini mocking her (obviously hot and uncomfortable) then the band started. It was Mud! She broke her sulky silence and said "I swear to god if you get up and dance to THAT song, mother, I will never speak to you again as long as I live".

When the first bars of Tiger Feet started to play I made a move to get up and she stropped off down the beach hahahahahah.
