no idea but we bought two items similar in every respect save colour and one fitted and the other didn't

Same as shoes I suppose, 2 different pairs both size 10, 1 fits, the other doesn't. That's why I never buy shoes out of catalogues, always end up sending the buggers back

Different machinists or from different factories and they use different measurements. I give up trying to guess which size to get.

I've got clothes in my wardrobe ranging from size 10 to size 14, they all fit. I can more or less guarantee that Next 12 petite will fit me any other shop is a guess.
