Has anyone ever got cramp while driving???

Just happened to me in my truck on motorway omg worst nightnare

Probably need to stretch your legs more often. Sitting for hours, driving is not good for your legs.

Lol no it wasn't out it was 6am even I'm not that bad, I played footy last night so guess that was the issue but scary as I was on motorway xx

Did you pull off and stretch it all out? Quinine is good for cramp.

No luckily I could stretch my legs just enough while still driving on cruise control made me sweat a bit lol jeez xx thanks for the advice I'll try it

tonic water (without the gin ) is supposed to prevent cramps also lack of salt used to get them realy bad in my truck especialy left peg on long trips as it does bugger all most of the time .get into the habit of streching your muscels when ever you get out of the cab not just walking around loading /unloading feeding your mush at a salmenala van i mean a real good stretch like an athlete it will help and makes a big differance . touching yourtoes type thing put your foot on the second step keep it strait with your foot strait up now with out bending your leg touch and hold your toe for five seconds repeat for each leg five times and remember if it isnt hurting it isnt working
