It totally depends on why I am pissed off/fed up and whether I want musical catharsis or a good wallow. So anything by Mogwai if I want gnarly loud guitars. Low, Lana Del Rey or Red House Painters if I want a wallow. PJ Harvey or Betty Harris if a guy specifically has pissed me off. Mutherfucker by Beck is a good one as well.
