Hot and sour soup, Singapore fried rice sticks, and if I have room, a mixed starter consisting of spare ribs, prawn toasts, seas and spring rolls.

.

And I usually get a bag of prawn crackers thrown in for free - it helps when I am Chinese and can order in the lingo!

shredded crispy chicken in mandarin sauce is lovely. Not too spicey. If you love spice go for singapore rice noodles, or Kung Po Chicken. Yummmmmy
