Somewhere in North Norfolk

Yes, I've tried it. It works really well on tense, sore muscles.

I had it done on my back from by my shoulder blades up towards my neck muscles. My entire back where it was done looked like I'd been beaten with a lump of wood or something.

I saw Gwenith Paltro had that done a few years ago and Jennifer Aniston.

Have you been watching Loose Women? I saw their cupping bit earlier today and it looked awful afterwards, like a hardcore Lovebite.

I'm sure plenty of people will give it a go if they think it's fashionable though.

Cupping is where you put a glass cup or something on your skin and have a heat source and it creates a vacuum that sucks blood.

I found it ineffective - saying that acupuncture and acupressure were equally unrewarding. A good sports massage will serve you better IMO.

I heard an exponent of it on radio 2 this afternoon, not sure if the guy was a medical professional(Dr or nurse etc) he said it could remove toxins from your body helped with various ailments, seemed a bit left field for me, I guess if all conventional avenues had been exhausted and I was still suffering I'd probably try it.
