Try Crazy Factory .. they've got a great range of jewellery for all sorts of piercings including quite a few belly bars with dangly charms.

What kind of jewellery do you have in there at the moment ? ... I've just had a very quick look and Crazy Factory have a few ball closure rings with charms for example, though I'm not quite sure how they'd sit on a lower belly piercing ?

ebay has loads. not got my belly button pierced but the quality of earrings i get off there is good, especially for the price.
