I am so impressed I just have to say - every single person that has ever delivered to me from Ocado has been a pleasure to deal with - smiley, happy people; polite, helpful, and obviously well-trained. What a difference it makes! Well done Ocado!

I know, I know it's not facebook but a gorgeous young man just set me up for the day lol.....

Where else have people found good service?? It seems you usually have to pay a lot for it nowadays.....
