don't know what state of mind you're in but if you ever get to a stage of wtf actually happened here, or feel you can't cope, or just don't understand anything then look up pathological liar, or cluster b abusers, or sociopath.

there's a good help page on facebook as well called After-Narcissistic-Abuse-There-is-Light-Life-Love and you can read up on how to look after yourself, even though it's aimed at narcissist abuse survivors i've found it helpful in dealing with things after i was with a sociopath.

i'm calling the mental health team tomorrow. went the doctors today for some help and they said to call them.

i'm ok, done really well this past year considering, just need a few more things sorting.

but yeah any help from people who know what they're talking about is good.

we shouldn't need to be survivors, they should all just use each other and leave us the fuck alone.

There is one final piece to this story wich shows how much she thought she had me wrapped around her finger.a couple of weeks before we split of taken another lodger in .then on the Saturday morning about five days after she messeged me to say that she had her car keys my flat key and her house keys stolen then in the afternoon she txt to say her car had been stolen .we split up a few days after .a couple of days after that she messeged and asked if i would Speak to her insurance company .I said if I could help I would .she then said would I pretended to be her other lodger and say when he came in at ten at nite the car was there when he went out to shut the gate at 12 it had gone .I told her there was no way I would commit fraud for her or anyone and havnt spoke to her since

Oh my God, thanks for this. Not just me then?...I dated a guy off fabs who is a serial cheater, who tricks you into thinking ur in a relationship but carries on hunting for, and meeting other women. The love word was used and unfortunately I believed him enough not to use a condom...since found out through his love of intimate photography that he didn't use one with the women he saw behind my back - at least 4 to my knowledge. And he's still on here, in a couple profile and his single one- it's a shame these people can't be stopped. It's one thing to be a lying cheating scumbag, but to risk other people's sexual health by being deceptive is not only disgusting behaviour, but a criminal offence.

the key went missing yes I have changed locks if anything happens at mine I will be straight at hers .the clinic is a yes to .she told me she was only sleeping with me but she wasn't .a few people I have spoken to have ended up stis through no fault of there own
