Had a really good day today. Been mostly pain free. Been awake most of the day and even got some housework and cooking done.

So guess what now I've got a headache. Grrrrrrrr

On the bright side though at least it's only a headache. The past week every time I got a headache, it has been followed by puking. Not very nice.
