jargon/code translation for newbies

Can someone help me with some jargon stuff.

What is a "GB" ?

I've understood FB (fuckbuddy -yes?), FWB - (friend with benefits?), VWE - (Volkswagon Engineer or somesuch) I've been described as such apparently.

But GB?

Any others I need to know?
