"Ok....I go to the gym twice a week but mainly for general non specific cardio and some bicep exercises. I'm veggie and average in build - 6ft 2tall, 32 waist, about 75 kilos in weight. I have a protein shake once a day and try to have a healthy diet. I'm at my wits end. I've been doing 20 sit ups for weeks daily and absolutely nothing has happened. I can't see any body shape changes at all. All advice so far is helpful. Thank you. ![]() I feel for you. A couple of years back I was doing a hundred sit ups a day, got down to 59Kg and looked like a Biafran refugee, but still no abs. So now I just enjoy good food too much. ![]() | |||

Miss breakfast and make sure you workout before lunch. Make your lunch wholesome and eat as much as you want between 12-7) Sprint (2 minute jog and then a 10 second burst of sprinting at full pace then repeat upto 8 times) You'll be ripped in 2 months If you do it that is | |||

Always drink it now..in fact it was the gateway drink that led me on to harder drinks such as zero...all the way through to the totally un-like diet . It's the way to go...if not for diet then as a start to limiting sugar intake. Go get the light bru big man? ![]() | |||

It will be really hard work as you will need to stick to a very strict diet (permanently) and in my opinion it is unnecessary. You look slim and reasonably fit to me.
