Breathing,

accomplishing something I didn't think I would,

setting smiles on other peoples faces when I'm there or done something

Catching up with old mates

Feeling the sun on my face, a small breeze on my skin

Having a meet off fab, that point when the guy had just pounced,

and again after we've had fun

Singing on a local karaoke

Playing the meat loaf song"alive" from the bar out of hell 3 album and driving around seeing life differently

When I've been at work for 24 he's and I get home and taste my first coffee in 25hrs

I quite like this subject... Thank you

Getting out in nature. Some lovely forestry walks near me and I love to take the kids and dog out and just take photos of the views.

Also love walking on a beach on a cold winter day, the sea air whipping your hair and the salty smell being a calming reassurance.

There are a few instances that pop in to my mind when I ask myself what makes me feel truly alive.

Walking in the wind and rain along clifftops as the sea crashes against them below.

Other times, glorious and sunny mornings with dazzling azure sky overhead.

Most commonly, when I am floating on my board after catching a wave that challenges me and the thrill and exhilaration preceding it. There's often a serene moment of stillness that follows that allows you to appreciate it fully and comprehend what's all around you.

Okay, hippy moment over
