An O with trailing ivy on my lower back the last few leaves going onto my bum.

And its a big step,i had a very serious needle phobia.But its nice to be a virgin again!

Germoline and cling film!

Everyone has a different way to look after them when they're first done, your tattoo artist will no doubt tell you what they recommend but that worked for me. Kept them moist and they didn't go scabby!

My last 1 was stars down the side of my hand.

4 days after it I took a tumble down the stairs.

Knocked the scab off 1 line of a star!

So 1 line is really faint, most people wouldnt notice it, but cause I know its like that, it annoys me.

Im at number 6, always thinking about number 7, just dont know what I want. And until I do, I wont be getting 1.

You won't embarrass yourself at all. It doesn't really hurt that much, just a bit uncomfortable. And I almost fell asleep when I had my last one - the buzz of the needle sent me off lol

It didnt feel quite as i expected,more scratchy than pricky lol.But i kept my control,even when i started to go spacey and nearly fell of the chair.

It looks even better than i imagined,even throgh cling wrap,and i have my bepathenen ready.As soon as the redness fades expect a new avatar!

i do think a few very special ones is the way to go.

ohh yes, i distracted myself from the outlining of the O(the only really painful bit) and distracted myself so well i nearly fell off the chair!

i have always jokingly referred to the story of O as my training manual.So its a reference to O ,the last year has been a revelation to me,and i wanted to mark that.

The ivy is cos im a big fan of the origional gothic,not kids with floppy coats and eyeliner,but creepy houses where innocent virgins wait to discover dark secrets
