Hello all. We currently own a 3 room bed and breakfast and we were thinking about opening it up for swinger weekends during the quieter months. It has 3 rooms and a hot tub and we think that it would lend itself very well to the lifestyle. We don't have play rooms etc it would just be a standard B&B that was swinger friendly. We, as a couple, would not necessarily join in but never say never. We are not party planners or event organisers we just think that it could be a good idea.

Would anyone be interested in this or do you think it's a waste of time?

It's a bit out in the country in Fife, Scotland. Nice and quiet, good pub near by and lots of restaurants. Like I say we're not planning parties just providing a place for like minded individuals to stay during their travels.
