Delicious... I think I may love Hendricks gin!

I had a lemon sherbet thing with gin at a favourite bar but I've never seen it anywhere else.

That's not a Mad Hatter but it is a lovelier cocktail for me. I had one with cucumber in it too but I can't remember what it's called.
