Ya you have to do something ( it tells you) then it registered to your sky box. Can get them in asda or tesco x

i just have the box, not the channels lol i am too tight to pay for Sky...plus my dad got rid of it and i was using his multiroom thing haha

If you have one of the Samsung Galaxy S or Note phones, you might be able to download an app that'll control your Sky box

Galaxy Universal Remote

(it may work on other phones)

Otherwise you can just grab one from the supermarkets =) most universal remotes will work (but ask someone in the store)

Yea you can buy any sky remote and it'll work you just need to configure it to your tic if you want it to control that also

I've had about 8 over two years my house is like the Bermuda Triangle for sky remotes

so....after 2 weeks of watching the same channel, several changes of batteries and some banging on my hand, i have fixed my remote.

How you ask.....well all the buttons on one side were pushed in and just needed pulling out
