i have given up tonight hun its a non happener but horlics or warm milk n a cpl of cookies sometimes induces sleep gave up on sheep coz the fukers barr to much n jump on me feckin head

Feel your pain I have restless legs.. Nothing worse than doing the river dance when you're trying to sleep plus there's a storm overhead so watching the pretty flashes

I never sleep right work nights and if I mess up the 1st night off iam screwed been waking up about 8 pm going to sleep about 4 waking up at 7 ish staying up til 11 then sleeping again
