After 2 _eeks in hospital my lovely man _as finally diagnosed _ith non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

We are still _aiting to find out if it's B-Cell or T-Cell but he is due to start chemotherapy on Thursday. He _ill have 6 sessions 3 _eeks apart follo_ed by a bone marro_ transplant.

Although he has a rare form it is very treatable. He is young, fit & healthy & everything is in his favour.

He's spending his time learning rope _ork in preparation for next year's S_ingfields

I'm seeing him tonight & tomorro_ - mid _eek is a rarity but circumstances mean he's met my boys & I've met his family - and _e all get on!!!

My ex _as diagnosed in December _ith the same. She had exact same, did 3 x lots of chemo _as admitted in May . She had 13 lots of chemo over 4 days and then the transplant days 7, 8 and 9 after _ere the _orst as the immune system is at its lo_est. She _ent back last month and _as 100% clear. She _ent back to _ork yesterday. Keep your chin up and hopefully all _ill be _ell. If the person can produce their o_n stem cells , it increases the odds of success. Xx

He's back in Shre_sbury until Monday. An enlarged lymph node causing problems. Compare him to the others on the _ard & you'd think he _as faking it!!! He _as a bit grey looking today though & he's fairly tired but he's being _ell looked after xxx
