I did, it wasn't pleasant at all. However, it didn't last that long and the benefits make the discomfort of the first 6 weeks absolutely worth it. I should have done it years ago.

I took it for 1 day and felt awful, I'm reluctant to take it again as I'm expecting and really can't handle the side effects.
